Our accreditations and associations

As chartered surveyors, all our services are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and we’re also a licensed agent of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). Being members of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP), we have access to a vast network of specialist leasehold advisors who are highly experienced in residential lease extensions and collective enfranchisements. So, whether you need to extend a short lease, acquire the freehold of your building, or manage it under RTM legislation, we’re well-equipped to assist you, utilising the statutory provisions within the Leasehold Reform Act.
